The European In2C project "Integration of Third Country Nationals in the Construction Sector" is preparing its next actions (WP7) after having carried out the training and testing actions proposed in the project.
So far, more than 100 TCNs in Spain have been trained in Labour Legislation, Health and Safety at Work, as well as in the different online tools created by the project and with similar figures in the other countries that are part of the consortium.
Now the project partners are preparing for the latest project activities: employer workshops, seminars and the Final Conference, which take place online on October 15th.
The next actions, scheduled for the months of September and October, are aimed at making known the matching platform between employers and TCNs interested in working in the Construction Sector, as well as explaining the tools created in the project to facilitate the insertion in this Sector.
The European project In2C aims to integrate TCNs in the labour market and, more specifically, in the Construction Sector through an integral training based on new technologies, focusing mainly on the improvement of TCN’s competences regarding the host country’s language and those related to the Construction Sector, as well as the creation of networks among employers and TCNs.
